Chicago Soccer Academy - The Club

Our Philosophy

Players should have fun and love the game first

The CSA staff has the experience and knowledge to get the maximum effort out of every player. Once this is accomplished, confidence starts to appear in each athlete. Players will be introduced to the technical and tactical components of soccer in a fun learning environment.

Chicago Soccer Academy was created so that Professional Coaches could give children in the Fox Valley area a love for the game of soccer while developing their skills. The club offers programs for players of all levels and ages from preschool to High School. The club believes in the individual development of each player first, and also in creating a competitive team environment that is physically and mentally challenging.

The Junior Academy program is for 3 to 10 year old boys and girls. All practices and games are held at one location and players will be separated during practice and games according to skill first, genre second, and lastly age to ensure each child is being challenged and enjoying success at their level.

Premier/travel teams are also a big part of the program where teams are created for 7 year old through High School boys and girls Players try out annually for a position on a team and teams are formed based on skill levels. Multiple teams will be offered at each age level to cater to every players needs.

Players will be encouraged to bring out their creative side with the knowledge they have learned during practices. This will allow each player to experiment and try new things with the ball.

Professional coaches will work to build confidence in each and every player through positive reinforcement and motivational techniques. On the field, corrections and discovery questions will ensure each player’s success in learning game fundamentals.

Player decision making is solely up to them, but Professional Coaches will educate players on every alternative option available during a game.
