Starts 1st week August, ends 3rd week November
Tuesdays in Rockford (Sportscore II)
Wednesdays in Crystal Lake (MAC):
Thursdays in Rockford (Sportscore II)
Final 4 weeks of Fall moves to Rockford - no lights at MAC
All age groups Boys & Girls
Winter Training
Starts first week of December (2 weeks) - 3 weeks off for holidays
Resume early January until mid March
2 practices / week in Rockford
3rd night offered at MAC for just Force based ECNL players
* High School Boys start outdoor training as soon as their school season ends
